THE ULTIMATE NYC PANORAMA

May 07, 2013

Flickr user ogmueller presents us with one of the best panorama shots I've ever come across. It's unclear exactly how long before 9/11 the photo was taken, which stretches from the World Trade Center's North Tower all the way out past Brooklyn, the Statue of Liberty, and back to Jersey City.

I especially like the small details that the image offers, like the signature of George Willig on May 26, 1977, who I'll assume was a maintenance or construction worker on the South Tower.

Take a look at the massive image here. [24826 x 1810]
